YouTube is rolling out new artificial intelligence-powered tools that make it easier for creators to search, organise, and moderate comments, giving channel managers faster ways to understand audience feedback without manually reading through hundreds or thousands of replies.

The update introduces AI-powered comment search inside YouTube Studio, allowing creators to find comments based on their meaning rather than exact keywords. Instead of searching for specific words, creators can now use natural language prompts to surface conversations around particular topics.

AI Search Makes Comment Management Easier

The new feature adds a Search filter to the Comments section in YouTube Studio, alongside the existing keyword search.

Creators can now enter prompts such as "comments about my appearance""questions about my camera", or "people asking for part two" to group related comments together automatically. The AI analyses the intent behind each comment, making it easier to locate discussions even when viewers use different wording.

The update is designed to reduce the time creators spend sorting through large volumes of feedback while helping them respond to the conversations that matter most.

Automatic Topic Grouping and Similar Comment Detection

Beyond conversational search, YouTube is also introducing AI-generated topic suggestions that automatically organise comments into broader themes.

Replies can be grouped under categories such as positive reactions, viewer questions, or negative feedback, giving creators a quicker overview of how audiences are responding to their content.

The platform has also added a Find Similar Comments feature. With a single click, creators can identify other comments that share the same meaning as a selected reply, making moderation and audience management more efficient.

Better Insights for Content Creators

While the tools are designed to simplify moderation, they also provide creators with a new way to understand audience interests.

By identifying recurring questions, feature requests, or common feedback, creators can spot content opportunities, address viewer concerns more quickly, and make more informed decisions about future videos.

The latest update reflects YouTube's broader push to integrate artificial intelligence into creator tools, using AI not only to automate repetitive tasks but also to help creators build stronger engagement with their audiences.
