AI productivity platform Decide has partnered with Café One, Nigeria's largest co-working space network, to provide its AI-powered spreadsheet and research assistant to professionals across the country's growing co-working community.

The partnership will give Café One members access to Decide as part of their membership, bringing AI-powered productivity tools to entrepreneurs, freelancers, founders, analysts, operators and startups working across more than 30 Café One locations nationwide.

AI Assistant for Everyday Work

Decide is an AI agent built to automate spreadsheet analysis and research tasks, helping users complete repetitive workflows more efficiently.

According to the company, the platform is already used by professionals at organisations including KPMG, PwC, and Bank of America, and achieved 82.5% verified accuracy on SpreadsheetBench, placing it among the leading AI agents for spreadsheet-related tasks.

First Rollout Under Decide for Work

The collaboration marks the first major deployment under Decide for Work, the company's new initiative focused on integrating AI agents into businesses, universities, co-working spaces, and professional communities.

Through the programme, Decide aims to embed AI into existing workplace workflows while expanding adoption through partnerships with organisations and knowledge-sharing communities.

The company said that although AI capabilities continue to advance rapidly, widespread workplace adoption depends on making these tools easily accessible within the environments where people already work.

Supporting AI Adoption in Nigeria's Professional Community

As part of the rollout, Café One members will receive activation instructions to access Decide, with additional support available across Café One locations.

The partnership is expected to help professionals automate spreadsheet and research tasks, improve productivity, and accelerate the adoption of AI tools within Nigeria's business and innovation ecosystem.
