G42 and Microsoft have partnered to accelerate the adoption of agentic artificial intelligence (AI) in the United Arab Emirates, supporting the country's ambition to integrate AI agents across government and enterprise operations.

The collaboration brings together G42's sovereign AI company, Inception42, and Microsoft's AI ecosystem to help organisations deploy AI agents at scale while ensuring data remains securely processed within the UAE.

Supporting the UAE's AI Strategy

The partnership supports the UAE's national agentic AI initiative, which aims to have AI agents integrated into 50% of federal government operations within the next two years.

As governments and businesses expand their use of AI, the collaboration seeks to address challenges around fragmented deployments, governance, security and data sovereignty by providing a unified platform for building and managing AI agents.

Building a Sovereign AI Ecosystem

At the centre of the partnership is Catalyst, Inception42's enterprise AI operating system, which enables organisations to build, deploy and manage AI agents on sovereign infrastructure. The platform can operate on-premises, in sovereign cloud environments or public cloud infrastructure while ensuring all data is processed within the country.

Catalyst will integrate with Microsoft 365 Copilot, allowing AI agents built on either platform to work seamlessly across both ecosystems without requiring additional infrastructure or redevelopment.

The integration also leverages Compass, Core42's sovereign AI infrastructure layer, giving organisations a unified framework for deploying AI across their data, applications and business processes.

Driving Enterprise AI Adoption

The companies say the collaboration will reduce the complexity of enterprise AI adoption by combining sovereign infrastructure, AI agent orchestration and workplace productivity tools into a single ecosystem.

The approach is designed to help governments and businesses move beyond AI experimentation and deploy intelligent agents across multiple functions while maintaining compliance, security and operational oversight.

Strengthening the UAE's AI Leadership

The partnership reflects the UAE's broader strategy to strengthen its position as a global AI hub by investing in sovereign infrastructure, strategic partnerships and advanced AI capabilities.

As demand for enterprise AI continues to grow, G42 and Microsoft aim to provide organisations with the tools needed to deploy trusted, scalable and locally governed AI solutions across both the public and private sectors.
