Gabon Opens KIMBA CONNECT 2026 Challenge to Startups and Innovators
Gabon’s Ministry of Digital Economy, Digitalisation and Innovation has announced an information session for KIMBA CONNECT 2026, an innovation challenge designed to connect startups and digital solution providers with real business needs.
16 Enterprise Challenges to Drive Innovation
The information session, scheduled for 24 July at 9:00 a.m. at the Bank of Central African States (BEAC) in Libreville, will introduce startups, developers, entrepreneurs, project leaders and other innovation stakeholders to the 16 Enterprise Challenges featured in this year’s programme.
Participants will learn more about the selection criteria, application process and expectations of partner companies, giving them a clearer understanding of how to develop competitive proposals that respond to specific business challenges.
Connecting Startups with Business Opportunities
The session will also give innovators the opportunity to engage directly with the KIMBA CONNECT team, ask questions and receive guidance on preparing their applications.
The Ministry has encouraged startups and digital solution providers across Gabon to participate and use the opportunity to showcase solutions that address the needs of local businesses.
Through KIMBA CONNECT 2026, the government is seeking to strengthen collaboration between innovators and enterprises while supporting the growth of Gabon’s digital innovation ecosystem.
