Nestlé has launched the SparX Innovation Hub in Dubai, a new artificial intelligence-powered centre designed to accelerate product innovation by combining AI with real-time consumer insights.

Located at the company's new regional headquarters in Expo City Dubai, the hub aims to speed up product development, improve consumer understanding and support innovation across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

Using AI to Speed Up Innovation

SparX uses artificial intelligence, data analytics and consumer research to identify emerging market trends, uncover new product opportunities and accelerate experimentation.

According to Nestlé, the platform is designed to help teams develop products, services and customer experiences more quickly while responding to changing consumer preferences across the region.

Built Around Collaboration

The innovation hub brings together startups, universities, technology companies and government partners to co-develop new ideas and technologies.

Nestlé said combining AI with local expertise and consumer feedback will enable the company to transform ideas into market-ready innovations faster than traditional product development processes.

Supporting the UAE's Innovation Agenda

The launch aligns with the UAE's ambition to strengthen innovation-led economic growth and expand the use of advanced technologies across industries.

Nestlé also announced that SparX will leverage its partnership with the DIFC AI Campus to access AI capabilities and analyse real-time consumer signals, helping the company identify market opportunities earlier.

In addition, the company is a strategic partner in the UAE's Green Innovation District at Expo City Dubai, supporting initiatives focused on sustainability, innovation and next-generation business development.

Strengthening Regional Product Development

Nestlé said the SparX Innovation Hub reflects its long-term commitment to the Middle East and North Africa, positioning the region as a key centre for AI-driven product development and consumer innovation.

By combining artificial intelligence with local market insights, the company aims to develop products that better meet consumer needs while accelerating innovation across its regional operations.
